How to lose fat on legs
Now, many people say you can not lose fat in their legs. You know what I mean you can not downgrade the area.
Well, I'm here to tell you what you lose fat from the legs and get rid of these "bingo wings" so named. Here are some Suggestions:
Use body weight exercises.
A good body weight exercises for the arms is called Hindu squats. These are not squats ordinary. That's like me: I'm in the normal squat, but instead of doing normal squats, I go to breath and pulling up in my arms at my side and breathing.

Wear shorts and miniskirts.
With the use of clothes i said to show people I make it my legs.This aware of them and make me determined to lose fat in the legs. Your positive actions taken twenty to two. When I get my legs when i lean been particularly want to use the summer to show them.
Do cardio intermittent.
What I mean by intermittent cardio is to have periods of intense activity followed periods of low activity. For example, I can do hill sprints, sprint for 20 seconds and then i jog for 60 seconds, then sprint for twenty seconds, followed by run for 60 seconds for a total time of 20-25 minutes. This type of activity is better as a slow jog for an hour. It burns more fat.
Visualization.
Seeing my fat legs routinely travel to the end. What the mind can conceive and believe that the mind can achieve.
