Is it better to work if you want to lose weight with a treadmill, stationary bike or an elliptical?

If you please tell me where and for how long to do so. Note: If the tape is the case i do not jog or run. I would just do a quick walk.

The bike is a bit easier on the knees, but apart from that are fine when used correctly. Unless you have bad knees or overweight, the best thing for you is that you will less obtrusive. I would suggest the use of each on different days for a few weeks and if you find that you really like each other then use more. With training, variety is the most important thing.
