The race to fitness is definitely on, with people becoming more aware of their Health and jumping on the bandwagon to lose excess fat and fitness, sleeker and, of course, sexier.

As such, Fitness programs are there a lot of time online (such as loss weight of electronic books, newsletters weight loss forums weight loss, weight loss, magazines, etc.) and offline (loss pills weight, fitness centers offering various kinds of fitness centers, weight loss, etc) – these programs are everywhere (try typing "loss programs weight "in the Google search engine and find millions of sites that offer weight loss programs and packages), and people have spent much money on these programs, hope that the end of each program can get rid of your excess fat from their bodies and fitness, lighter, slimmer, sexier and (as promised these programs.)

In this article I will reveal some of the most popular programs to lose weight out there today:

1. New Atkin Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution

This weight loss program promotes a diet high in protein and reducing carbohydrate intake. New Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution suggests that to lose weight, you should feast on vegetables and meat and reduce the consumption of bread and pasta. The program also suggests that the right to pour dressing for salads and butter spread freely.

2. Carbohydrate Addict's Diet by Dr. Heller

This program emphasizes low carbohydrate intake, approved to eat more meat, fruits and vegetables and dairy products and cereals.

3. Choose to lose by Dr. Goor

This program keeps your fat intake, but not limited to a consumption of carbohydrates. Eating meat and poultry and low fat dairy products and seafood according to this program. A green light is also included in consumption of vegetables, fruits, cereals, bread and pasta.

4. DASH Diet

The DASH diet advocates eating moderate amounts of fat and protein but High carbohydrate intake. This diet plan was developed after the food pyramid and encourages high intake of whole grains and cereals and
fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products.

5. Eat more, weigh less by Dr. Ornish

This program focuses on vegetarian fare and strictly low-fat. It gives the green light on the "glow" foods but warns of nonfat dairy products and egg white. This scheme, however, is low in calcium and restricts consumption of healthy foods like seafood and poultry.

6. Eat right for your type

This program is interesting because the power of individuals is determined according to their blood type. The program recommends that blood group O people eat much meat. Diet plans for some blood types are nutritionally imbalanced and very low in calories. And for the record, there is no proof that blood type affects dietary needs of tone.

7. The principle Pritkin

The principle Pritkin focuses on reducing the energy density liquid foods to make a full turn. In accordance with Principle Pritkin, eating vegetables, fruits, oats, pastas, soups, salads and low-fat dairy is okay, but there are limits to the consumption of meat, seafood and poultry fat, and other foods that are rich in protein.

8. Volumetric

This program recommends eating the same food as the Pritkin first, but limited fatty or dry foods such as popcorn, pretzels and cookies. This program is very healthy, given the high amount of consumption of fruits and vegetables, while the low calorie density and saturated fats.

Zone 9

This program of dietary recommendations that are moderately low in carbohydrates, but moderately high in protein. It encourages the consumption of foods low fat, protein such as fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits and cereals.
