How I can lose fat on legs, thighs, hips and butt without gaining muscle?

I have 17 years. 5.4 pounds 170. I hate to admit. In fact, I have a waist of 32 and my sister light, which is odd. I think most of this weight I have is in the legs. I want to lose. [= Can you tell me something that can boost my metabolism so that you know. Of course, I do not gain it all back.

I guess you do not want bulky muscles bodybuilder, but prefer more marathon runner lean muscle? Try swimming, aerobics, hiking, walking, running, biking, or just very long walks (5 mph). These activities burn fat and give you lean muscle mass. Be warned, you can actually gain more weight before starting to lose. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space, so even if you can add a few pounds, the clothes begin to feel free and feel more energetic. Find an exercise you enjoy doing and stick to it. Watch what you eat. Ask your family doctor for advice and do not expect to lose weight overnight. We need time. Good luck.
