Weight Loss Tips for a vegetarian?
I have 16 years old, 5'7 and 155 pounds, he was a vegetarian the past 4 years and have gained weight due to carbohydrate envy almost constantly. So I would appreciate any advice on weight loss, and their views on this plan if you help me lose weight. Breakfast: strawberry yogurt or apple granola bar with chocolate silk milk or orange juice PM: peta bread with hummus and cucumbers with apple and orange juice Dinner: Varies greatly so any ideas would be appreciated!
